How feedback from a technical interview motivated me to become a stronger React Frontend Developer

Hey everyone, have you ever been given feedback that made you realize you need to step up your game? Recently, I had a technical interview for a middle React frontend developer position, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job. However, the feedback I received from the HR representative has motivated me to become a stronger candidate.
The HR representative shared that they were looking for candidates who not only excel at tasks but also demonstrate a passion for self-development outside of work. With that in mind, I've committed to daily self-improvement and wanted to share some tips that have helped me in my journey so far:
First, set achievable goals. I'm starting with small daily goals like working on one LeetCode task and speaking in English for 15 minutes.

Second, work on personal projects. Personal projects are a great way to improve your skills and gain experience. Currently, I'm developing a website for a friend's massage business in my free time with a colleague.
Third, expand your knowledge. I'm focusing on deepening my backend skills and learning about unit testing. You can also consider attending online courses, workshops, or reading tech blogs to expand your knowledge.
Lastly, follow your long-term goals. My long-term goal is to learn Python and work in AI. Although this may take some time, I'm excited to start working toward it now.
I strongly believe that consistent effort leads to success, and I'm excited to continue growing and learning as a developer. If you have any tips or resources that have helped you in your career development, please share them in the comments below.
If you found this post helpful, please like and repost it to help others who may be in the same position as I am. Thank you so much!
